Apply for the Selecta Scholarship if you are studying Horticulture or a closely related subject where you may well have a particular interest in plant breeding or commercial plant production for the ornamental horticultural industry.
In addition to your financial award, as part of this scholarship, you will may be given the opportunity to visit Selecta facility in Germany to better understand the business.

Students who are studying for their qualification in horticulture or a related subject who have a particular interest in plant breeding and/or commercial plant production and can see that some financial assistance and the support of one of a world leading company will help their career grow.

As a scholarship winner, as with all our other scholarships, you will be required to report back on how you have used your scholarship and demonstrate the benefit you have received by way of a written and photographic report. You may also have the opportunity to visit Selectas facility in Stuttgart, Germany. Selecta would assist with the cost of your travel and accommodation of this experience, which will be arranged at a time that is beneficial to you and fit in with your study/work programme.
